In most cases, to access your booking or check in for your flight online, you simply need to enter your name and the airline's reference number on the carrier's website. However, if the airline requires you to enter the email address used for the booking, you can locate it by logging in to My Bookings on our website, under the airline booking details section.

Rest assured, when you book with us, we manage all communication with the airline on your behalf. Any important information from the airline will be promptly forwarded to you via email, SMS, push notification, or phone call.

Virtual Cards

When you book with us, we typically manage the payment process by crediting the due amount to the airline on your behalf using a virtual card, without sharing your personal payment details with the airline.

In order to offer competitive prices, we provide various trip combinations involving multiple airlines or bookings within a single order. As these combinations might lead to multiple charges from different airlines on your bank statement, we facilitate the use of our virtual cards for your convenience.
